Based on the GoPro HERO6 Black, the Back-Bone Gear Ribcage H6PRO Modified GoPro HERO6 Black offers the versatile recording options and durability of the HERO6 platform while opening up the world of readily available interchangeable lenses. The added M12 mount can accept CS and C-Mount lenses using included adapters. Lenses supported by these mounts have been around for many years, yielding many cost-effective yet high-quality creative options with different looks and fields of view. The original GoPro HERO6 lens, modified for the M12 mount, has been included for usability right out of the box. Since only the front of the camera needs to be changed, the convenient features built into the HERO6 remain. Voice control, GPS, image stabilization, and the touchscreen function as normal. Plus, all the high frame rates and recording options, such as 4K at 60 fps, and 1080p at 240 fps, provide great ways to create dramatic imagery of your adventures.
Note: The modification defeats the waterproof seal. The H6PRO is not waterproof.
